Write Out Loud!

Using a kit of writing templates developed by Anne, students create an original character and draft a story featuring that character. Anne leads students in kinesthetic and aural learning strategies that bolster their writing, demonstrating strategies teachers can adapt for their own continued use. Adaptable to curriculum writing focus: imaginative, historical, or memoir.

Teens Tell Campfire Tales

Teens develop their public-speaking style and gain communication skills by prepping a short scary tale for performance. Anne provides stories to choose from and leads participants in warm-ups, storytelling games and rehearsal techniques that build comfort and confidence in public speaking. Workshop culminates in public performance.

Stories for the Season

Anne does programs of story and song for most major holidays, such as Veteran's Day, Mother's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentine's, St. Patrick's and April Fools and others. She is also happy to tailor programs for the theme of your special event.
